Some of the most distinguished service personnel in the auto industry work at Team Honda. Mark Rasiuk and Jim Ingram received national distinction from American Honda Motor Company as gold level service advisors in the Honda Service Professionals Recognition Program.

All Honda service advisors and technicians are eligible to qualify as a "Honda Service Professional," but only the best are able to meet the challenge. This recognition program offers five achievement levels -- bronze, silver, gold, zone, and national. Each level requires personnel to meet tenure requirements, achieve and maintain a level of product knowledge and customer service skills, participate in training in and out of the dealership, and demonstrate an outstanding ability to communicate with service customers. Winning this honor represents a great deal of work and study, as well as many satisfied customers.

Honda Service Professionals are a distinguished group of the best technicians and advisors on Honda's service team.
